Amboseli National Park is second famous Kenya Safari destination after Masai Mara for being the best place in Africa where visitors get close to free roaming elephants. Tsavo West National Park is the second largest national park in Kenya and is famous for the man eater lions who to date carry a bizarre history.
The Park is characterized by rugged, semi-arid and hilly volcanic landscapes that includes dense woodlands, rocky outcrops and the shetani lava flow. Tsavo West is a real wilderness and untouched destination. All of he Big Five are present in the park. Herds of elephants’ sightings are found near waterholes.
