Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara

Pick up from your hotel and drive in a safari vehicle via the view-point of the Great Rift Valley and Narok town for lunch and refueling. After lunch leave Narok and drive to Masai mara arriving at your Lodge/camp before sunset. Before Sundown, proceed for an afternoon game drive, tracking various animal species and birds.

Dinner and overnight in Mara Sopa Lodge or Similar. Meal plan; L, D.

Day 2:Full Day Masai Mara

Full day of game viewing within the park. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile.
Continue with game drive till 1700hrs time for visit to the Maasai village which is optional at extra cost. Meal plan; B, L, D.

Day 3:Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru

Early morning game drive before breakfast tracking wildlife. After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Nakuru, lunch enroute, with scenic views of Mt. Longmont, Lake Naivasha, and Lake Elementaita. Arrive Lake Nakuru Lodge or similar for dinner and overnight. Meal plan; B, L D.

Day 4:Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast you will proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific bird-life including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape Buffalo and Water buck can be seen near the shoreline. Later check out of Nakuru national park for Naivasha arriving for lunch. you have an option to take a boat ride in this fresh water lake to go and see hippos and fish eagles at extra cost. Meal plan; B, L, D.

Day 5:Lake Naivasha – Nairobi

After breakfast have a nature bicycle ride in the Hell’s Gate National Park. This the only park in Kenya you can view wildlife on a bicycle. Bicycles are available for hiring at the entrance. There are over 100 species of birds in the park, including vultures, Eagles, Augur Buzzard, and Swifts. African Buffalo, Zebra, Eland, Hartebeests, Thomson’s Gazelle, and Baboons are also common.

The park is also home to Klipspringer Antelope and Chanler’s Mountain Reedbuck. Enjoy hot or picnic lunches and later drive back to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon dropped back to Nairobi hotel. Meal plan; B, L.
